The Crew is a Bollywood comedy-drama written and directed by Rajesh Krishnan, while the story and screenplay is co-written by Nidhi Mehra and Mehul Suri. The film stars Kareena Kapoor, Tabu and Kriti Sanon in lead roles, with Rajkummar Rao, Diljit Dosanjh, Kapil Sharma and many others in supporting roles.

The film was edited by Manan Sagar, and Anuj Rakesh Dhawan was in charge of cinematography. The film was produced by Ekta and Rhea Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Films and Anil Kapoor Film Company. Vogue India posted the first look poster of the film and Dreamcast announced the release of a photo shoot. The makers of the film have released its first look poster in which the three lead actresses Tabu, Kareena and Kriti are seen.

The teaser was released on 24 February 2024 with a duration of 1 minute and 38 seconds. After its release, it was one of the most trending videos on YouTube. Film Crew’s first song Neena was released on 5 March 2024 and its duration is 2 minutes 52 seconds. The second song was released on 12 March named Ghaghra and its duration was 1 minute 3 seconds.
